I enjoy making simple recipes for hard working people. You’ll find easy weeknight dinners, on-the-go lunches, and breakfasts for champions. My recipes are for people who love good food but don’t spend hours in the kitchen.
As a dietitian, I love teaching people about good food and embracing the true gift of wellness. My favorite topics include infant and maternal nutrition/lactation, kid’s nutrition, nutrition for spinal cord injuries, and nutrition for endocrine disorders and diabetes. I view the ability to exercise and move as a gift from God and not as a form of torture to just lose weight and think there is something out there for everyone to enjoy!
Since I am equal parts homebody and world traveller, you’ll find home renovation inspiration and travel guides here too. But you’ll mostly find delicious and nutritious recipes that feed the people that I love. I hope they encourage you to do the same.
