Roasted Maple Chicken is easy enough for a weeknight dinner, but comforting enough for a Sunday dinner. Paired with Thanksgiving sides like sweet potatoes and dressing feels like a special meal. Dressed down with smashed potatoes and green beans feels like home. Either way, this simple recipe is a keeper!
