    Maple Chicken

Roasted Maple Chicken is easy enough for a weeknight dinner, but comforting enough for a Sunday dinner. Paired with Thanksgiving sides like sweet potatoes and dressing feels like a special meal. Dressed down with smashed potatoes and green beans feels like home. Either way, this simple recipe is a keeper!

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    • Place the chicken breasts in the pan, and Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1 Tablespoon Rosemary over the top.
    • Roast it for 20 minutes, flip the chicken using tongs, then roast for 20 more minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
