This morning Kathleen, Rainie and I (Virginia) started off the day with a 6am pilates class. We used yoga balls and resistance rings. It was good, we did alot of abdominal exercises, but being in a workout class at 6am with the lights out may not be the best idea for me because I already have trouble waking up in the morning to work out so being in a dark room with relaxing music kinda makes me want to curl up and go back to sleep! Pilates may work better for me later in the day!
I had my daily coffee on the way to the gym this morning and then had to have another cup on the way out of the gym. Some days you just need a little extra boost and today was one of those days! I had a Kind Bar in the car on my drive to work. This is a new Kind Bar and I really like it! It is salted caramel flavored but the flavor is not so strong that it is overwhelming. It was a pleasant surprise when I got a bite with a white chocolate chunk in it! I would recommend trying this Kind Bar.
Today, I was pretty excited about my lunch because I had leftover Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo (recipe from the Skinnytaste cookbook – blog = www.skinnytaste.com ). I love the recipes on this blog.
